Delivery and returns
Ordering is not open, so there is nothing to send and nothing to send back. This is the policy intended for the day the shop starts.
Delivery
Personalised wrapping paper will be printed in-house in the UK and posted to the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada or Australia. UK postage is a flat £2.95. Postage beyond the UK will be shown before you can pay, which you cannot do yet. Full country notes are on the shipping page.
If the paper is wrong or damaged
Once orders exist, write to [email protected] with your order details and a photograph if the parcel arrived damaged, the name is misprinted against what you typed, or the design is not the one you chose. The intention is to reprint or refund in those cases.
If you change your mind
The name is printed for one gift. A change of mind after a correct name and the correct design have been printed is not something we expect to refund. That limit will be repeated at the point of order before anyone can pay. It does not apply today, because no orders are being taken.
